Located in the quiet & sort after suburb of Nailsworth, next to Prospect and about 6km from Adelaide. Situated only 8-10 minutes drive from the CBD and 6mins to the cafes and boutiques in North Adelaide. Ideally situated close to 2 shopping centres, 4 supermarkets, medical centres, pharmacies & public transport (One bus ride to the city). Walking distance to Nailsworth Primary School.

Centrally located, so it makes commuting by car about 15-20mins to destinations such as the cosmopolitan beaches, the historic Adelaide Hills, and 50mins to the premium wine capital of Australia, the Barossa Valley – a must for all visitors.

• $115/night for 2 adults
• 15/night extra per adult
• $10/night extra per child

Long term accommodation of more than 4-8 weeks welcome at cheaper rates:

Example based on 4 adults:
5-14 days - $145/night 
15-28 days - $125/night
28+ days (ie. 4 weeks) - $105/night
56+ days (ie. 8 weeks) - $90/night

Deposit: 30% deposit of total tariff required to secure booking; security bond required ($200 for short term but may vary for longer term stays). For long term stays (ie. 14+ days), a cleaning fee of $70 upon departure applies to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the house.
