Location

Littlehampton, approx three kilometres south of Mt Barker, is a small yet bustling township. It was named by the surveyor Benjamin Gray (in 1836) after his home town in Sussex, England.

Parkview Estate has already been recommended for several lifestyle awards which is not surprising when you take in the village consolidation in harmony with it's surroundings. Parkview has an arched footbridge to the north linking the linear park and a pathway to the south linking village facilities, including tennis courts, Flipside Cafe, Hotel, Post Office and bus stops.

Nearby Mount Barker is one of the fastest growing regional centres in Australia and is the retail hub of the Adelaide Hills. Pubs, restaurants, petrol stations, supermarkets and speciality shops can all be found here, as well as sporting facilities, a hospital and several banks.
