Location

Moana is located in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. It is part of the Onkaparinga City district and lies between the suburbs of Seaford and Aldinga.

The coastline along this area is some of the most dramatic in Adelaide with beautiful beaches and coastal views. A pleasant leisurely walk will take you direct from our rental to the sand! The beach at Moana is one of the few in Australia that you can drive on and the low surf is ideal for body boarding and novice surfers. Moana surf club is a great place to meet people and offer a great range of meals for the family too, great for chilling out and watching spectacular sunsets.

The newly opened Moana Heights shopping centre is a short walk from the property and offers a supermarket and chemist, there is also a local reserve close by for children to play. The larger Seaford Mall is just 5 minutes by car offering a great range of shops, banks and fast food restaurants.

Bus links are available to the Noarlunga exchange where you can pick up trains to the city and the Southern Expressway is close by making it less than a 45 minute drive to the heart of the CBD. At Noarlunga you will also find Centro Colonnades (with over 200 shops), centrelink/medicare office, a multi screen cinema, ice rink, bowling alley, swimming pool and more.
