Boronia is a spacious, well appointed comfortable home, which is furnished to a high standard to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us.

Boronia  is fully equipped with all modern amenities, we cater for those important little people and supply toys, books, DVD's and even children's cutlery and crockery.  There is also an information folder with maps, tourist info and relevant migrant information.  There is a large undercover pergola for all year outdoor comfort with a BBQ and large table and chairs.  The garden is securely fenced with a summer house for the kids to explore and a large garden to run around in, we provide a selection of garden toys - there are even beach chairs and roll mats provided so you can relax on the beach!

Boronia is situated in a quiet street 2 homes from the esplanade.  With sea views to the front of the house you are virtually on the beach! A short walk along the esplanade will take you to a lovely reserve and child’s play park. Local shops and bus stops are also a short walk from the home.

A few minutes drive away is the Seaford Shopping Centre which has a good selection of shops and facilities and the Southern expressway is only a 5 minute drive taking you to the CBD area of Adelaide.

Location

Moana is located in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. It is part of the Onkaparinga City district and lies between the suburbs of Seaford and Aldinga.

The coastline along this area is some of the most dramatic in Adelaide with beautiful beaches and coastal views. A pleasant leisurely walk will take you direct from our rental to the sand! The beach at Moana is one of the few in Australia that you can drive on and the low surf is ideal for body boarding and novice surfers. Moana surf club is a great place to meet people and offer a great range of meals for the family too, great for chilling out and watching spectacular sunsets.

The newly opened Moana Heights shopping centre is a short walk from our property and offers a supermarket and chemist, there is also a local reserve close by for children to play. The larger Seaford Mall is just 5 minutes by car offering a great range of shops, banks and fast food restaurants.

Bus links are available to the Noarlunga exchange where you can pick up trains to the city and the Southern Expressway is close by making it less than a 45 minute drive to the heart of the CBD. At Noarlunga you will also find Centro Colonnades (with over 200 shops), centrelink/medicare office, a multi screen cinema, ice rink, bowling alley, swimming pool and more. Please note : A deposit of one weeks rent is required to secure your booking with the remainder to be paid in full two weeks prior to your arrival. A $800 refundable security bond is applicable to all bookings. $100 cleaning fee is payable on departure.
