Boomerang is situated on a quiet side street in the seaside suburb of Christies Beach. Ideally situated within walking distance from the beaches at Port Noarlunga and Christies. We are also within walking distance from the Noarlunga shopping centre, library, recreation facilities and transport interchange. We are only a hundred metres from the Beach Road shopping area.

The property has been extensively renovated and furnished to a high standard. It can comfortably sleep seven people in the three double bedrooms. There is also a quality sleeper couch that is useful for a sleep over which increases sleeping to 9 persons. Entrance to the shared pool is through a separate gate.

Location

Christies Beach is a coastal suburb south of Adelaide. Christies Beach has a pristine beach and good array of local shops and restaurant along Beach Road.

Neighbouring Port Noarlunga is one of Adelaide's best beaches and the coastal reef makes this a popular place for divers and snorkels. Port Noarlunga is known for its great selection of restaurants ranging from Mediterranean to Indian and boasts one of the best fish and chip shops around Adelaide.

There are direct public transport links at the nearby Noarlunga exchange where you can pick up a connection to the city and beyond. Christies Beach is approximately 40 minutes drive to Adelaide's CBD (central business district) Colonnades shopping mall is a short drive containing over 200 shops, banks, supermarkets along with swimming pool, bowling alley, ice rink and multiplex cinema.

Tariff - $750 per week. (please enquire for special rates on May and June Bookings)

Deposit & Bond- A Bond of $500 is payable on arrival and will be returned upon departure. Bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit for the rental period. The balance of your rental to be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. Please book early to avoid disappointment as space is limited. Payment details will be supplied upon enquiry. We accept internet and Paypal payments.

Minimum Booking period of one week is applicable (unless there's availability between bookings)
