Acacia is a gorgeous light filled home which has been extensively renovated and furnished to a high standard, ensuring you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us.

Acacia is situated in a quiet, child friendly cul de sac with a large open reserve at the end, in the seaside suburb of Moana Heights.  Acacia is fully equipped with all modern amenities, we haven’t forgotten those very important little people and supply toys, books, DVD's and even children's cutlery and crockery.  There is also an information folder with maps, tourist info and relevant migrant information. 

It’s a fantastically located home, only 3 minutes walk to Moana beach esplanade (no major roads to cross) and the new local Moana Heights shops, play parks and bus stop. A few minutes drive away is the Seaford Shopping Centre which has a good selection of shops and facilities and the Southern expressway is only a 5 minute drive taking you to the CBD area of Adelaide.

• Rear garden – The large sunny garden is securely fenced and has a huge paved area with outdoor furniture, gas barbecue, clothes line, and lawn.  With some outdoor games and kids toys. Beach chairs and roll mats for use whilst on the beach
• All bed linen and towels are provided.
• The established garden is regularly maintained by a gardening service.
• All services are included such as gas, electricity and water with no hidden costs.
• A computer with high speed internet access is provided with full Skype facilities.
• Food welcome pack is included with tea, coffee, milk, and bread.
• Additional items available upon request including cot, high chair, push chair, car seat (age appropriate) and bunk beds to enable bedroom 3 to house up to 4 children

Location

Moana is located in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. It is part of the Onkaparinga City district and lies between the suburbs of Seaford and Aldinga.

The coastline along this area is some of the most dramatic in Adelaide with beautiful beaches and coastal views. A pleasant leisurely walk will take you direct from our rental to the sand! The beach at Moana is one of the few in Australia that you can drive on and the low surf is ideal for body boarding and novice surfers. Moana surf club is a great place to meet people and offer a great range of meals for the family too, great for chilling out and watching spectacular sunsets.

The newly opened Moana Heights shopping centre is a short walk from our property and offers a supermarket and chemist, there is also a local reserve close by for children to play. The larger Seaford Mall is just 5 minutes by car offering a great range of shops, banks and fast food restaurants.

Bus links are available to the Noarlunga exchange where you can pick up trains to the city and the Southern Expressway is close by making it less than a 45 minute drive to the heart of the CBD. At Noarlunga you will also find Centro Colonnades (with over 200 shops), centrelink/medicare office, a multi screen cinema, ice rink, bowling alley, swimming pool and more. Minimum Booking period of one week is applicable (unless theres availability between bookings)

Please note : A deposit of one weeks rent is required to secure your booking with the remainder to be paid in full two weeks prior to your arrival. A $800 refundable security bond is applicable to all bookings. $100 cleaning fee is payable on departure.
